Get to know us

We were named Most Innovative Agency of the Year by the Global Agency Awards and won Best Use of AI in Digital at the UK Digital Growth Awards.

We were established 20 years ago, with our founder and CEO still being heavily involved in the day-to-day, and we’ve got a great team of talented people in Tech SEO, Content and Digital PR.

We’re based in a great spot in Farringdon. It’s got good transport links and is surrounded by loads of restaurants, pubs and green space.

Who is the CEO of MediaVision?

Louis Venter is our CEO. He’s been named one of the 100 Most Influential People in UK Performance Marketing by Performance Marketing World. Under his leadership, we earned the title of World’s Most Innovative Agency at the Global Search Awards. 

He’s also the brains behind our award-winning Metis platform. When he’s not running the agency, he spends time with his family, cold-water swimming and paddle boarding…ask him about the time he got stranded way out at sea.

What equipment and tools do you provide?

We’ll provide what you need to get the job done, and have several in-house tools we use on the daily. If there’s something else you need to do your best work we’re all ears!  

What’s the culture like?

We’re very people-oriented and as much as culture comes from the top, we also want our people to have a say in how culture feels and is implemented. We have an Employee Council that meets every month to review team feedback around work life, culture and general life at MediaVision, and they agree on actions and focus areas off the back of that. 

Will I have a progression plan?

Yes. Each team has their own skills matrix and progression plan in place, so you can easily see where you are and what you’re working towards. These plans are discussed regularly in 1:1s with your manager. 

What is a day in the life like at MediaVision?

We work according to a unique weekly cadence, which means every Monday, we review search data and plan our actions around it. We’re also really flexible so if plans need to change we’re able to pivot pretty quickly – as long as we communicate it with clients. 

Every Tuesday morning we have an All Hands meeting in the office over breakfast where we discuss agency updates and cool things we’ve seen in the industry.

Metis is our award-winning proprietary platform, which delivers weekly search demand insights four times faster than traditional methods, giving brands a crucial edge in reacting to trends. This innovative platform unifies data for various teams, streamlining operations and cutting manual workload by up to 50%.
