After more than a decade as MediaVision Interactive, we have decided to shake things up for 2021, with a new agency name: We Are MediaVision. Although changing our business name and our branding assets was a big decision, we felt it was the right one to reflect our new vision and ways of working. In this article, we’ll share with you the thinking behind the move.
While we enjoyed trading as MediaVision Interactive, and had tremendous success under this name, we wanted to celebrate the talent behind the business and put the emphasis on our people and their expertise rather than just our capabilities. The former name certainly did a great job in representing our integrated approach to digital marketing, however we felt we could go a step further to humanize our brand.
It helped bring in a great amount of leads and new clients, but as we collectively grew as an award-winning digital marketing agency, we found out that our reputation for performance and agility developed a lot through referrals. So, we decided to give the business a fresh vision and a new face that could embody our personalities, our ethic, and our result-oriented work.
For the rebrand, we enlisted Waypoint Partners, a leading growth and corporate finance advisory firm. The result is a new agency logo and brand identity, alongside a fresh new website, and relaunched social media channels. The rebrand features bold and succinct typography and design, along with visuals that are upbeat, energetic, optimistic, and confident – a strong and distinct message to convey to others. The new logo, with its roots in the existing service circles, have unified the expression to represent progression and to demonstrate the agency’s goals. A simple yet powerful evolution that demonstrates the growth of the business as a fully Integrated Digital Performance Marketing Agency with the clear vision to help others grow every day too.
The hiring of two new Managing Partners: Matthew Platts; previously Director of Media and Performance at Dentsu Aegis, and Adam Freeman; previously CEO at Freeformers, has been instrumental in the success of this rebranding and truly set about spurring on a new and exciting era for the company.
